We're a Miami-Dade certified Small Business Enterprise and a certified Miami-Dade County Public Schools vendor. For a public buyer, that's the difference between a vendor you'd like to use and a vendor you're able to use.

We also buy through national purchasing cooperatives. That matters because the usual trade in public procurement is price or service. National dealers get in the door on buying power and then support you from another state. Cooperative contracts put pre-negotiated pricing in front of you while the technician who shows up is one already assigned to your territory.

We've held Miami-Dade County contracts for years, including an award that put roughly 300 machines into service and forced us to open a second warehouse to handle it. We know the procurement calendar, the specification language, the reporting, and how a bid gets written so that it's fair to everyone bidding it.

We carry the financing ourselves on county work. Public agencies can't always lease through a third-party bank, so we buy the equipment, place it, and bill the agency directly. Most dealers our size won't take that on. It's the reason we can bid work others have to pass on.

Redaction, retention schedules, chain of custody and public records requests are part of the conversation from the start. So is uptime. A records counter with a line at it doesn't have four hours to spare, and our technicians are already in those territories.
