Four hours on site. If we can’t fix it, you get a free loaner.
Not a callback within four hours. A technician standing in your office within four hours. Call in the morning and someone is there the same day.
That works because our technicians run assigned territories. Downtown. Miami Lakes and Hialeah. Kendall and Homestead. Broward. Yours is already close, and the parts for the machines in that territory are already in the van.
It also works because we count callbacks. If a technician has to come back a third time for the same fault, the machine stops being your problem: a loaner goes in, the machine comes to our shop, and a senior technician or the service manager takes it over. Nobody gets to keep trying the same fix on your time.
We service equipment we didn't sell you. If there's a machine in your office from another dealer and nobody will come look at it, call us.

Vans are stocked against the machines in that territory and restocked weekly.
